A 73-year-old man has been charged with murder in the fatal shooting of his teenage grandson.

William Miller II was arrested Thursday night in Oakwood, Ohio, after he allegedly shot his 19-year-old grandson Evan Holcombe in the chest.

Holcombe was dead when deputies arrived at the home that the men shared.

They said when the 911 call came in it was reported that a grandfather had shot his grandson.

The Paudling County Sheriff's office has yet to indicate what Miller's motive was in the killing.

Miller is currently being held in the Paulding County Jail until his court hearing scheduled for Monday.
