At only 19 years old, Simone Biles is releasing an autobiography called Courage To Soar, which will be available for purchase this fall.

Simone competed in the 2016 Rio Olympics this summer and won five medals. She took home the gold in four women’s categories: vault, team all-around, floor exercise, and individual all-around. She also won the bronze for women’s beam.

Courage To Soar will explain Simone’s journey from how she got her start in gymnastics to her success at the Olympics.

Simone made an appearance on The Ellen Show to talk about her new book.

“It’s about my life story and it’s coming from me so that people don’t read something on the internet and they’re unsure of it. So it’s about my life, a little bit about my family, and then how I got to where I am.”
