The Kardashians are often blamed for promoting unrealistic body expectations and so, when LisaRaye McCoy accused them of changing the way women see their bodies, it was no surprise. That’s not to say everyone automatically agreed, however!
Of course, many would say the same but not Wendy Williams!
The talk show host defended the KarJenner women, and went on to rant about plastic surgery, blaming something else for how much the concept of beauty has changed in recent years.
It all started with actress LisaRaye McCoy arguing that the reason why women now strive to have unrealistic body shapes are the Keeping Up with the Kardashians stars’ own exaggerated curves!
Wendy discussed this on her at home version of her talk show this morning, blaming plastic surgeons instead!
‘There are women born with a natural booty, and breasts and you know, they keep it together. But, what is happening is, it’s not the Kardashians Lisa. — It’s the surgeons. 20 years ago we did not know what a booty implant was, 10 years ago we did not know what a fat transfer was, 5 years ago we did not know what a vampire facial was. These are the doctors getting smart and people who can afford it, just get it done,’ she ranted.
Wendy went on to add that ‘Then, someone all of a sudden, [just like] Lisa, looks like just another woman on the street, which is, I guess what she is saying. Lisa will never be just another woman on the street. I get what she is saying. If I were her, I would be pissed too… She is too old to compete. Just be happy, you look terrific, you will never be alone, Lisa, but I get it.’
Wendy also mentioned that she was not born with a body like that either and even now she doesn’t consider she has it.
However, she thanked ‘technology’ since she can now ‘etch stuff out.’
